I've already designed a cover! (Notice that Eliot Mayfield or Mad Prophet Helmholtz are nowhere to be found.) Eliot, however gets his name printed in 8 point font in the Acknowledgements (along with 30-40 other people) and his 2% "consultation" fee.

Maybe this will teach young children that the "Gay Penguin" deathstyle they are so fond of will lead to the road to damnation. Gay Penguins will indeed burn in hell...

You should be receiving a certified letter in a few days informing you of an impending lawsuit brought about by my client, Mr. Mayfield. He demands you cease and desist with your penguin plagiarizing! There's gay penguins all over the place! I was googling to see where "MY" book was rated and found that homosexuality and egg stealing is rampant among penguins. I say we organize a Penguin hunt, and start protesting at zoos that allow homsexuality among penguins.

They have them at aquariums too, not just zoos, so keep that in mind while you are doing your searches. I saw them at the Fort Fisher aquarium here in North Carolina, but that was before I knew about the evil those little birds are capable of.

Eliot, I am afraid I have some bad news for you. After talking at length with my team of attorneys, I've been advised that even if you had posted your idea on here before, it was not registered as a genuine copyright through the U.S. Patent Office, nor any worldwide agency. At the behest of my lawyers, I've submitted my copyright notice to the the U.S. Patent Office in Washington, D.C. where it will lay the legal groundwork for my proper ownership of this children's book.

As a token to our continued friendship (even though you tried to steal my idea), I have decided to up your royalties to 2.5% of all total profits.

I am glad we have settled this case and your lawyers can detract their bogus cease-and-desist letter.
