Even if it objects whatever God says about it and what not.

Is freedom of speech REALLY that bad, that we have to pull out the ban-hammer?

First of all, please do not confuse the Constitutionally-guaranteed freedom of speech (which is an agreement between The People and the Several States) with some blanket free-for-all between private citizens.

Second, the only way to get banned here is to break the rules. These normally involve profanity, threats, homosexual entreaties, and gay pornography.

If you've spent any time here whatsoever, you'll see that there are many long-term members who have racked up numerous minor violations but have managed to remain here.

How do they do it?

They follow the rules (after a fashion), and they are nice to have around to bring into sharp relief how deeply depraved they are. They include child-molesting priests, sex-trade negresses, buggery-addicted pirates and Finns.

Deuteronomy 22:28-29 is talking about if the woman agrees to submit to the man's influences and partakes in the sin, not if she was raped. It's sad that a church thinks God expects a woman to apologize for being raped. It wasn't her fault. Saying things like this will traumatize the woman further. God is not a monster.

I've been gone for a while and I come back to find this church is still at it, misinterpreting scripture. Shame.

Your explanation is pure nonsense. The operative phrase in Deuteronomy 22:28 is ותפשה (utefasah) which mean "and seizes" or "and captures" or "and lays hold of". It implies force or threat.

The same word is used in

Jeremiah 50:16 -- Cut off the sower from Babylon, and him that handleth the sickle in the time of haruest: for feare of the oppressing sword, they shall turne euery one to his people, and they shall flee euery one to his owne lande.

Amos 2:15 -- Neither shall hee stand that handleth the bow, and hee that is swift of foote, shall not deliuer himselfe, neither shall hee that rideth the horse, deliuer himselfe.

II Kings 14:7 -- He slew of Edom in the valley of salt, ten thousand, and tooke Selah by warre, and called the name of it, Ioktheel, vnto this day.

If you need more examples I can provide them. But even you should be able to glean a kernel of the truth here.

Now let us compare this situation with that in:

Deuteronomy 22:23-24 -- If a damosell that is a virgin be betrothed vnto an husband, and a man find her in the citie, and lie with her: Then yee shall bring them both out vnto the gate of that citie, and yee shall stone them with stones that they die; the damosel, because shee cried not, being in the citie; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbours wife: so thou shalt put away euill from among you.

This situation is completely different from that in Deuteronomy 22:28-29. Notice that the damsel is a virgin who is betrothed and the man simply happened upon her or found her, and she did not cry out and they were in the city with nearby neighbors who could have helped her. The word here translated as finds is ומצאה (umetzaah). It is used over 120 times in the Old Testament connoting finding or discovering. Not the same as grabbing or seizing.

Since the virgin in Deuteronomy 22:28-29 was not stoned, it is apparent that she did cry out and she was not in the city. Otherwise both the man and the woman would have to be stoned. But we see the rapist is supposed to pay the father of the girl and the man just bought himself a wife.

We know this because there are absolutely no contradictions in the 1611 King James Bible. Therefore the two conditions are totally different. Now try reading more and writing less. You might actually learn a thing or two.
