Now, not that I want to sway you in any way, but DFAC are willing to donate $3000,000. toward refurbishment of the Jenkins Flats area as a whole. In addition, we are also willing to upgrade the trailer park facilities (showers, wc's, laundry facilities and BBQ- cook out areas, recreational hall and prayer closets.. etc) as a gift to the residents...

It is the least we can do to HELP out fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ.

As such, I have employed the services of a Conveyancing Attorney to find out exactly WHO is the rightful and legal owner and they are checking up on said Title as we speak! You joos are nomadic "types" constantly claiming land is YOURS because G_d has ordained it to be. It would not surprise me if this was just another case of joo lying and greed!

Sister Phebe, I can't tell you how many times I thought that naming the swale which bears stormwater (and occasional combined sewer overflows) from Jenkem Flats to the treatment facility the "Jordan Rivulet" was a bad idea.

I know people want an end to this dispute, and, I appreciate the patience displayed by all parties.

The Chair of the Committee to Advise on Condemation for the Public Good (CACPPG) told me late last night that a decision will be made shortly. I pressed him a little as to which direction things were leaning.

His only reply was, "We really have a fine citizen in that Sister Mrs. Dewitt."

I want to be perfectly candid here. I do not want to excercise the City's power of condemnation. This needs to be avoided at all costs. We need a solution where the Dewitts can use the property, Mr. RothIRA can keep his property, but we have no loan sharking business tempting our citizens to pay usery for pleasurable purposes.

I am praying daily to Jesus asking for guidence.
