May Yahweh bless the citizens of Freehold!
Rothstein and Associates, LLC. has acquired title to the real property located at 1157 Park St and we have plans to renovate and improve the now defunct Freehold Video Game Exchange. I've followed your intolerance for simpleton video games for some time and was able to purchase the property simply by paying the delinquent property taxes.
Initial meetings with city leaders were less than encouraging, but subsequent meetings were quite productive. I am excited to announce that "Freehold Pawn and Loan" has conditional approval, but subject to final approval by a vote of the citizens before we can open our doors for business.
Although I cannot name the leaders I spoke with, the negotiations were quite straightforward and customary in my line of business. The one-time business "consideration fees" are agreeable, as is the contractual obligation to only hire Christian employees (at Federal minimum wage), with no visible Jewish involvement. Given the substantial income I expect in this lucrative business that I know well, I have no issue remaining in San Francisco as I service the economic needs of your citizens, especially in this economy.
I trust that every one of you realizes that this is an asset to your community and will vote "Yes" on Measure C in November.
May Yahweh bless you!
Shalom
