While the Bible certainly tells us to issue the death penalty to homosexuals, it also tells us to obey secular law.

Romans 13:2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

You are talking about a hippie/fag hybrid. These certainly exist, and can be found in rain forests, national parks, and the Florida Everglades to this day. In fact, all fags are is really an offshoot of hippie. Many people have trouble understanding this, because hippies came around in the 1960s while fagism has been practiced since the time of Plato. But the seeds of the 1960s lay dormant in the homosexual practices of the ancient Greeks as they lazed about eating fruits and vegetables and trying to suck their own dicks. It is only since the 1960s that we have used the WORD "hippie". But de facto hippies have been around a lot longer.

The thing with hippies is that even the straight ones have long hair, so it is almost impossible to tell which ones are the fags and which ones are just too damned lazy and cheap to fork out ten dollars for a haircut. Also, all hippies smell like ass, so you can never tell which ones have been having anal sex recently, or whether they have just been dumpster diving and shooting heroin for months.

Isn't that up to your husband to decide? But yes, i would suggest your husband to not send his sons to the American Armed Forces now when gay rape is openly legal in the army, as you said, a local militia is a much better choice.
