It really depends on the prostitute I would think. If a common street whore whose services can be had for a few dollars is not paid for sex, then I would think it should be considered a misdemeanor, like the taxi cab example that Sister BIG suggested.
But I understand that some high class call girls receive rather large sums of money for their services. In these cases, if the value of the unpaid sex this hypothetical unsaved man took from the whore was over the lower limit for grand theft, I believe he should be charged accordingly. Of course, if there was any physical violence that made the whore less attractive or unable to work, the lost wages should also be accounted for somehow.
