Just so you all know, down syndrome means you have an extra chromosome. It's completely impossible to fake an extra chromosome.

And you can tell when a baby's about two months old if they have it or not. Babies can't fake facial expressions.

Health concerns for individuals with Down syndrome include a higher risk for congenital heart defects, gastroesophageal reflux disease, recurrent ear infections that may lead to hearing loss, obstructive sleep apnea, thyroid dysfunctions, and obesity.
Early childhood intervention, screening for common problems, medical treatment where indicated, a conducive family environment, and vocational training can improve the overall development of children with Down syndrome. Education and proper care will improve quality of life significantly, despite genetic limitations.[8]

First, this isn't proof, this is some text you stole from the internet. You have no idea as to who wrote the text, what reasons he had for writing the text, what ideological agenda he's trying to push with the text and how truthful he has been in any previous texts he wrote. Simply put: your "proof" is worthless.

Second, even if this accurately explains the 'how' of down's syndrome, it does not explain the 'why'. I will admit it is theoretically possible that God chooses to inflict retardation upon sinners through tripling of a chromosome, but that knowledge doesn't change anything, once the sinner accepts Jesus as their Lord and asks for forgiveness of his sins, God will make the retardation disappear by removing the extra chromosome. It is and always will be the sinners fault for being retarded, you can't blame God for putting an extra chromosome in someone's body, not when the sinner obviously did his best to hate God.

Poeople CAN become homosexuals if they are put in the right circumstances, such as being left in a male-only society for a very long time, its the same how you can become mad if you are left alone for a very long time, its not related to genes, its an illness
