That also doesn't mean the religion is bad either, after all, Studies have also shown that more of these kind of things happen in other christian denominations and the reformed church than in the catholic church.

Care to back up that egregious claim with a real source, and not some biased Catolick source? Even the Catolick church doesn't make such a wild claim. You must be a child to believe what you just wrote.

That the only thing you guys use is one-way communication. You won't listen. You are the only one who know whats right!

The person tells you how he/she's religion is, but you think it is wrong. Religions are diffrent. If we all were the same, wouldn't it be boring? Let people have their oppinon and ask them why they think what they think (also called respect !) and learn from them (no matter if they are a man or a woman, Christian or Muslim) !!

Sometimes I'm think is very difficult for some people here respect others people Anja, especially the men.

Not everybody of course, but I'm think you are need some type of 'special needs' course for the more slow ones here.

Against the bible? I don't know why you say that because to us the bible is a weapon against satan and believe everything it says. Anyways, feel free to ask whatever you would like about catholics and what they do. All i ask is that you don't throw random insults out, only give me a few questions to answer per post, and LISTEN and COMPREHEND what i say. I've said multiple times that we dont worship statues, but many people on here still don't understand.

There are some questions i don't know the answer to, but it doesn't mean i can't find the answer. Give me some time to ask some of the catholic theologians out there, and i will get back to you asap.

As for the meat, we are not forced to not eat meat during lent. But, the reason why we think its good to not eat meat during lent is that because its sort of a personal sacrifice. We try and make sacrifices to become closer with God during the Lent season. It is also not a sin to us if we eat meat during lent.

I think you are having problems with the terms "evidence" and "source". They don't mean what you think they do. Reliable evidence doesn't mean some Jewish nobody printed in a newspaper article. Perhaps if there were an unbiased source he used, that might and I mean might be evidence. Why is your Jewish grand-stander the only one who knows this information?

Are you not aware that the Lenten prohibition and the none extinguished Friday prohibition were set up to fill the coffers of fishmongers? Do you know what Shakespeare meant by having Hamlet call Ophelia's father a fishmonger, or what he meant when he had Hamlet tell Ophelia, "get thee to a nunnery?"
