          Women are inferior creatures (made from a rib, this pretty much explains everything), and YET our husbans love us! This is huge, cannot you see?

          Leviticus 12:5 But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.

          See? Giving birth is a dirty act, giving birth to girls is even more shameful and dirty! Nevertheless....these noble men still loves us and marries us, shameful women, and treats us fairly well.

          Anyway, this is just one example, I could go on and on...but I have catching up to do in my kitchen!

          I hope that my girls will grow up becoming godly women and marry True Christian Men in order to be treated properly. This is my everyday prayer!

            I was refferring to that maybe they want to be a lawyer, a teacher or maybe president one day but they can't because they have to stay home and serve the man.

                Lady E, your whole post made me quiver with joy. It is so true and I am so humbled by my own husband's acceptance of me and the daughters we do have. Our LORD is mighty in His mercy to allow for a way for us mere women to be a part of the new covenant in His Son. Praise Jesus!

                  How can you honestly justify controlling your wife, telling her what to be, what to do, how can you hit her, and watch her cry and get satisfaction out of that, it is lower than low.

                  She should not live in fear of you. She is and should be free to do as she pleases and should be respected.

                        Always remember to read the context. Scriptures are to be taken together. If one scripture says kill the homersexuals and other says that do not kill, it means that do not kill other than homersexuals. If you just cherry pick one verse, you could get very wrong idea. It is like taking picking single sentence from conversation.

                        Let me give you an example. Let's pick one sentence: "I love kids". Wouldn't you get impression that the person saying that would be good, gentle person that you would trust you kids to? But if you take the whole conversation, person had said: "I love kids. Therefore I rape them and then let my dogs feed on them"

                        See. That is exactly like the Bible. You need to take the whole Bible, not just one verse.
