I'm in tears reading this thread. For so long I have seen myself as equal partners with my wife. My eyes are opened now and I see that I need to take control of the household. Not just the male headship thing that Promise Keepers give lip service to. I see now that I really need to learn how to beat my wife into submission. I hope that I can learn from ya'll here.

You need the discernment to beat them in just the right way so they don't become useless to you. Who wants a wife who can't cook? They are weaker than a man so if all you are used to is fighting with other men then you need to throttle back a bit or you'll suddenly find you have nobody to make your food. Although if you were cursed with daughters stepping in for a healing mother is about all they are useful for until you can marry them off.

Just make sure that when you strike her, not to hold back. It is of the utmost importance that the message is clear. I have found that nothing seems to bring clarity like a good stern beating. My wife being a godly woman graciously accepts her beatings with pleasure, she knows the will of God & that in his eyes she is a better woman & Christian when she is put in her place.
