  • Introducing Pastor Anderson & The Faithful Word Baptist Church

Shout GLORY FRIENDS!!! So excited to find this new(er) Baptist Church located in Arizona. Sick and tired of fluffy Christians? Well, so is Pastor Steven Anderson. Says so right on the home page (please note the chance to tithe near the bottom of the page, please do).

Welcome to the website of Faithful Word Baptist Church! Over 1.9 million mp3 sermons have been downloaded from this site!
We are a local New Testament church reaching the Phoenix area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Don't expect anything contemporary or liberal. We are an old-fashioned, independent, fundamental, King James Bible only, soul-winning Baptist church.
Faithful Word Baptist Church is a young, family-oriented church. We would love to get to know you personally at one of our services!
That's just the beginning, read on:

Doctrinal Statement -We believe that the King James Bible is the word of God without error.
-We believe all Scripture was given by inspiration of God, and that God also promised to preserve his word. Divine inspiration is of no value to Christians without God's promise of preservation.
-We believe that salvation is by grace through faith. Being born again by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ is the only requirement for salvation.
-We believe in the eternal security of the believer (once saved, always saved).
-We believe that the unsaved will spend eternity in torment in a literal hell.
-We believe that Jesus is God, and that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Ghost of the virgin Mary.
-We believe only in the local church and not in a universal church.
-We reject the teaching of Calvinism and believe that God wants everyone to be saved.
    -We are Non-dispensational.
-We believe that life begins at conception (fertilization) and reject all forms of abortion including surgical abortion, "morning-after" pills, IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), birth control pills, and all other processes that end life after conception.
-We believe that homosexuality is a sin and an abomination which God punishes with the death penalty.
-We oppose worldliness, modernism, formalism, and liberalism.
I'm as giddy as a school child - it's like looking in the proverbial mirror I have to wonder though as a church with so many similarities, was Pastor Anderson a member of Landover at one time (or maybe some sort of outreach program).

Here are some inspirational sermons Pastor Anderson has up on youtube.

Parents who don't spank their children HATE their children!

We are COMMANDED to attend church!

I've seen him mentioned many times on this Board, but I think you may be the first one to actually say something about him. Yes he does seem like a true Christian sort.

I watch emotionalism is for baby Christians, the comments below are absolutely shocking. So many false Christians that are going to be completely shocked when they get dragged off to Hell. I was tempted to post a comment, but I am not in the mood today to deal with my mail box full of hate mail.

Praise Jesus for his dedication Brother!

Shirtsleeves rolled up, tie over the shoulder. Prepared to submerse the sinner as long as it takes to expunge the demons.

A model True Christian woman if I've ever seen one. 3 soldiers for Christ, 2 helpers in the kitchen and another on the way (and all home schooled). She's even listed her favorite baking recipes - boy would I enjoy a nice slice of pie right about now.

Any True Christian would be so proud to have a wife like that. Going to have my wife read this blog everyday.

Hmm back to the Baptism photos, I think I understand now why he has his hand over their mouths and noses so tight. When you are baptizing darkies, you really got to increase the chlorine in the pool so it stays disinfected.

I assume she was the last baptism that night, after all the Godly white folk went first.

I can tell this church is right up my alley!

He is the tower of salvation for his king: and sheweth mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore. 2 Samuel 22:51

Since when did you corn-patch Baptwits accept this principle?

So you all are in agreement that our Lord and Saviour has a place in Heaven for all of his children and that would include bastards?

Perhaps my years of diligent work here is paying off in a slow but sure manner.

Bless you, my potential parents of Altar boys,

God wants all people to be saved, it doesn't mean that all people will be saved. For example your pagan boy loving butt is on a fast train to hell.
PROOF: Atheists are too stupid to understand the Bible!

Proverbs 13:24(KJV): "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

Agreed. This has been a principle of Catholicism but you and other post reformation cults have loudly proclaimed that the Kingdom of Heaven is not attainable for one born out of wedlock and for the next nine generations as well.

You might want to brush up on your dogma.

So now it's Gods fault if somebody's ancestors are whores/whoremongers? Alright, I'll admit I slipped, yes there are some who can't make it into heaven (like cathylik priests). I'm sure if you asked Pastor Anderson about it, he would agree. In fact I would be really disappointed if he didn't.

God is never at fault. Even you should know that.

List per scripture please... feel free to use your cheap imitation British Bible.

What more could a man ask for than the word of "Pastor Anderson" who has distinctly different and whackier "Biblical" interpretation than even you Landovarians.

Why not ask Tom Cruise about Thetan Bastards? Not much different than asking some former pizza delivery boy turned "pastor" except that Tom actually believes the nonsense of his sky fairy story.

No, but it helps if you start with the real Bible and not some cheap imitation created for the single purpose of legitimising the sinful acts of dentally challenged inbred aristocracies.

We read the real Bible and celebrate the message of love and compassion that Jesus has given us.

I understand he is still delivering a dubious product to unsuspecting high-plains hillbillies and making promises he cannot keep.

Also, I am sorry to hear that your sister-in-law is even crazier than you. How many fellow Mormon wives does she share with her husband?

Family dinners must be interesting when it comes time to say grace. Which side of the family gets it wrong first? The magic rock collector or the Baptist who doesn't know his own Church dogma?
