I'm sure you've all noticed that I now have a badge on my profile identifying me as a survivor of the shooting at the Aurora, CO screening of the new Batman film. While it is true that I did survive that shooting, and have availed myself of the free counseling services, hot meals, lodging, doctor's visits and emergency cash provided by the very generous Victim's Assistance Fund, I want to be absolutely clear on one thing:
I did not, I repeat, NOT purchase a ticket to see that filthy Hollywood movie and I was, thankfully, not inside the theater when the shooting began.
You see, I was in Aurora because I'd been invited to speak at the Vietnamese Community Baptist Church on the topic of sexual purity.
It came out that one member of the congregation, a Mrs. Yuou, was desperately concerned about the fact that her fifteen year old daughter, Mei Suk, had been consistently defying her, going around in very short miniskirts, wearing makeup, and generally sexing it up for Satan.
Mrs. Yuou got to weeping during the informal chat after my presentation, and said her daughter was, that very night, on her way to see the Batman movie with her little hussy friends.
Needless to say, I got in my Mobile Witnessing Center Van (AKA The Faith Mobile) and high-tailed it over to the movie theater.
(Fortunately, The Faith Mobile was already well stocked with teddy bears, lollipops, and other things designed to remind wayward youth of the joyous childhood they're supposed to be embracing, rather than leaving behind.)
Young Mei Suk was easy to spot standing on line with her gaggle to teenaged whore friends, as she was the only one with slanty eyes.
She was reluctant to leave with me, but I assured her I was a friend of her mother's, and after some degree of physical struggle (which did involve me sustaining deep fingernail scratches and a nasty dose of pepper spray) I was able to get the misguided lass safely into my van.
Her strumpet buddies were screaming and crying and dialing 911 on their cell phones (as if I was doing something wrong) as we drove off, and I credit this as the reason for the rapid police response to the shooting that would occur only moments later.
So as you can see, I was extremely fortunate not to have been shot to death. God was really looking out for me (and young Mei Suk) on that evening!
Once I had Mei Suk safely secured in my vehicle, I snapped a picture, just to document how bad her situation was. As you can see, we've got a lot of work ahead of us.

I'm trying to get her to understand how 1 Corinthians 6:18 relates to her in particular. It's kind of an uphill battle, as there is something of a language barrier, and she keeps crying all the time.

Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
