Re: God HATES Rational Thinking!
no im serious! i really don't understand! i know you can't see me or hear my voice but i wrote exactly how i felt as nice as possible and meant no disrespect by it. even when i tried to bow out and just admit that i was getting nowhere people came back at me trying to get me to argue with them. I'm really curious as to how im being impolite....

You come here claiming to be open minded. This means to accept people and situations as they are. Instead, you criticize everything about us. Then with thinly veiled claims of innocence state you've done no such thing.
Being polite is more than not swearing like a drunken sailor in a San Fransisco bath house. Being polite means respecting other peoples opinions, homes and lifestyle.
No one has made a single comment to you about being a wicca, have they?
These sort of personal attacks, when I am in one of the few places I should feel safe are unwarranted and cruel.

This is your last warning to behave politely.

I didn't come here to argue. Besides, no matter what I say, you will believe what you believe and that's perfectly ok. I was just trying to be respectful, and I see now that that has no place here.

Christian belief DEMANDS Christians be intolerant. When someone asks us to be open minded they are just trying to oppress our belief.

Re: God HATES Rational Thinking!
Why can't everyone accept that everybody has different opinions? If you believe in God, that's great! Believe in Him. If you believe in Buddha, that's great too! Believe in Him. If you believe in many gods such as the Native Americans, that's great as well! Believe in them. Nobody is less of a person for having different beliefs, it's what we do as humans about those beliefs or for those beliefs that define us. Everybody deserves respect for their opinion. As soon as you begin to hurt another for their opinions, i believe that you no longer deserve any form of respect; and yes, that is my opinion, not a fact. Just remember that everything you believe is your personal opinion and everybody else in America is entitled to theirs. Freedom of religion and freedom of speech people.
By the way, I am not directing this post to anyone in particular, I just feel like there is a lack of respect on both sides in this forum.

Really? Gee I didn't know that there were molecular biology classes around when Florey and Fleming did the whole Penicillin thing.Care to cite a source showing they did?
What you have to appreciate spiritedscholar is the vast majority of us have lived in the secular world and also attended secular schooling. If you truly think you are doing us a service by telling us we "NEED" to know all the fluff you claim we should then you are sorely mistaken.
Now, have you ever read the KJV1611 in its entirety?
