What evidence is needed for this penalty to be placed on the perpetrator or criminal that they have in fact masturbated?

Jesus watches people masturbate. Jesus talks to Christians. All of us True Christians™ have heard directly from Him.

I overcame masturbation by discussing the problem daily with Jesus Christ. He explained to me that the reason God wanted the Jews to get circumcised was that they were chronic masturbators, and look how many of them God let die in the Holocaust.

Jesus also told me that, after homosexuality and interracial marriage, masturbation is the sin that God hates the most. In fact, the Lord originally had an 11th Commandment, thou shalt not amuse thyself with thine genitals, which was excluded only because Moses had a bad case of writer's cramp that day (and we know where Moses got that from!)

This is why God had to draw the line and impose the death penalty for masturbators.

One can understand what Jesus has had to endure since way back in Biblical times. There were goat herders who spent many days in the desert. No doubt they convinced themselves no one was watching. What Jesus saw gave us the famous John 11:35.

Those who bring such profound grief to Jesus must suffer the consequences.
