Now, as Conservapedia aptly states, there are many problems with the theory of relativity; however, because it confirms the Bible, we know this aspect of the theory must be true: that because all atomic clocks are based on the speed of light, one cannot measure the one-way speed of light because both clocks must be synchronized based on that speed, thus requiring a two-way distance to accurately measure time. Imagine lines perpendicular to the surface of the Earth. We know that the speed of light on those lines is infinite toward Earth and c/2 away from it. We can make similar deductions for the sun. Light from the sun and away from it (along a horizontal path perpendicular to the Earth) also must travel at a different speeds in both directions, which in due time will create appearances of movement apart from simply rising and falling.
