Which answer is the sorry one? I dont even know what you mean or why you are replying. You dont have any answers to what we are actually asking. How about letting those who know answer, ie. those who have been here a while and stop trolling the forum? I have read the Noobs one, thank you. Like I said I have read everything first before I started and didn't feel making an introduction was really that necessary as most people's introductions have not been met with anything but the usual hello. I would rather get to know people through proper post interaction, if that is ok with you?

A airplane is in the air, a boat sails on the sea. If you would sail a boat come to a waterfall you would fall down right? But if you fly a airplane over a waterfall you wouldn't fall. I live near the edge, i cannot count the amount of times i have nearly fell over the edge. I really do need to concentrate more when listening to my iPod...

About the topic... I've actually seen the edge of the world, so I know it's flat. It's surrounded by a fence, one foot under the service of the Edge, which collects various flotsam and prevents small boats from collapse.

It's patrolled by Rangers, who are sworn to secrecy. Not that they need to be, as they can't leave anyway, as they are stranded on several carefully placed islands where they monitor the debris that is collected by the fence.

The reason nobody is aware of the Circumfence (as it's called) is because anyone who is stranded on it becomes a prisoner of those who operate it and never leave. Except for a wizard who escaped once, alongside a tourist. But even then, they only escaped by plunging off the Edge in a spaceship designed to determine the sex of a giant turtle.

Ahhh, the GIW theory. It's nonsense I'm afraid.

Think about it. If the wall was heavier on one side of the Earth, we'd tip over. Only a uniform wooden fence maintains the weight balance.

Plus, ice walls are a sign of the devil.

You do understand how silly you just sounded right? A waterfall not at the "edge of the world" would have a boat fall off it of course, but we are talking about this mythical edge of the world you all claim to have seen. Take the airplane scenario. You claim that God pulls it along the rim. Now take a cruise ship, who also goes around the world on a trip in a straight line. Why does that not fall off? And if it also gets pulled by this intelligent pulling, why do your picture evidence show boats falling off the edge?

I think I can answer this. When you get in the middle of an ocean, you actually stop moving on the boat, and the sea is moved by God to simulate movement.

Think of it like a treadmill. While you're running, you aren't moving, but you're simulating movement.

At the same time, God turns the ship around back towards land, and the end result is that you THINK you've went in a straight line, but in reality you've came back on yourself.

So if two boats went in opposite directions and met each other in this middle of the ocean they would both see each other stop and turn around in place? Ok that's just getting ridiculously silly. Many boats and ships have passed each other at the same points in opposite directions and mentioned no such phenomena. Where is this scripture or it didn't happen? If we are supposed to be following the rules why aren't you quoting to let us see the "error of our ways"?
