I'm sorry to resort to insults but i am a high school student who works the summer at a high energy particle physics lab at a university. You guys are simply uneducated(no offense) on these topics. I mean honestly I has raised a Christian but i learned the ways of science and am not an atheist. You people use your minds and open your eyes the bible is written in metaphors it's not atext book so stop taking it to such extremes. You people are racist, prejiduce against almost every group other than your own, and it makes be sick. If there is a god i'm sure he loves all people. I think that a very kind reasonable and pasinote atheist like my self is more likly to get into heaven than you people because of all the hate you express.

Uneducated? I have two masters degrees from Princeton. You are a child sweeping the floors for the summer at some death lab. I do not know why you continue with the insults. Do you even read what you wrote? You should of spent the summer being schooled on reading and writing (probably arithmetic too) though finding a career early in life is important too.

Have you ever actually read the Bible and not just look at the pictures? We do not hate. We follow the Bible. God's Book. I do as God instructs. If you have a problem with that, it is not with us, rather it is with God. I suggest to two start a dialog.

I'd love to have you explain how an atheist will go to Heaven. This will be good.

Did you graduate from the second grade, you obviously know absolutly nothing about science. You can't claim scientist are lying or don't know what they're doing because scientist made the very technology that allows you to be on a computer. You can see micro organisms i have SEEN them through a mircoscoope there is nothing to beleive or not they are there end of story. Same goes for DNA. If the Bible contradicted something we knew as 100% fact (for example that man had three hearts, eight stomaches and 5 legs) then the Bible would lose credibility. This is not the case however, the Bible & Science DO harmonize.

If the Bible did say the things I mentioned formerly (which we know to be false) and we were to believe it then (and please don't take this offensively because it is a genuine question) what makes us any different to those who Believe the Quran, The Zoroasters, The Talmud or the Toa Te Ching?

Did you even read my post? I cited a dozen examples of Biblical truths that are contradictory, illogical, or mocked by science. Show me how those harmonize.

I completely agree with you in every way shape or form =) In order for the Bible to be valid it has to match up with the facts. Denying Scientific fact is just plain mormonic, I think some people here may need to sit through basic school again. I believe that the Bible does harmonize completely with Science, some people will tell you otherwise though.
