Jesus can. Matthew 14:25 - Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake.

If one has faith in the Lord he too can walk on water when Jesus invites him to. Matthew 14:28-31 - “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.” 29 “Come,” he said.
Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”
31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?”

I forgot that Peter, too, walked on water for a moment.

Lets talk about the tide. I have bin told that the tide is the result of the gravitational pull of the moon, I'm guessing this is incorrect. Please explain to me how the tide come into existence.

Tide is caused by a combination of barometric pressure, tremulous motion, geography and geology.

There is some debate on whether the luminance of the moon influences barometric pressure and thereby indirectly the rise and fall of the earth in the water, but of this there is not yet sufficient evidence.
