Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighbouring nations.

Exodus 21:7. Is it ok for me to sell my daughter in to slavery?

Exodus 35:2 I worked last Sunday, does that mean I should be put to death?
Lev.19:27 I can see you have trimmed your hair, that means you are not taking the Bible literally.

I could go on and on, but I have better things to do with my time!

We all decide as individuals what parts to ignore, and what parts to include in our lives. It cannot be a simple I must do everything that is written in the Bible.

The Bible is all down to interpretation, also some of it is not accurate due to it being incorrectly translated into English. And some of it simply cannot fit into our modern world.

Or do you think is is acceptable to sell your daughter into slavery?
