Newton was a Christian and he believed that his work proved the existence of a god.

But anyway.

These aren't proof. As it has been said many times in this thread, there are many perfectly good, scientific explanations for what happens as well as being a hell (OMG HELL) of a lot of proof about the earth being a sphere.
For example,
Astronauts have taken photographs from space,
you can see things move over the horizon,
when you keep going in a direction, you end up back where you started (I've been on holiday and done this),
gravitational theories with evidence backing them up suggest the Earth is flat

I could go on but do I really need to?

I know that in your narrow mindedness, you'll just shake this off and say "god loves us and the earth is flat because it says in the Bible" but please provide one piece of proof for this that isn't fundamentally flawed.

Don't start saying "this isn't a public debate" and things like that. Christianity is supposed to tell you to accept other people and forgive them. Or don't you "follow the Bible word for word". I mean, God! Learn to follow your own religious values.

He wasn't proven wrong. His equations were ever so slightly off but the basis remains the same.
Christians didn't prove anything. The definition of faith is belief in something that has no evidence.
The entire scientific community credits him with discovering gravity. Don't talk sh*t.
