What is it with these people and their inability to see that God knew what shape He made the Earth and firmament and has told us?

Isaiah 34:4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falls off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.

Revelation 6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

So I guess the sky can roll up like a scroll on your silly round Earth model then? Where does the sea go?

I get a glass of water, it is flat. I hold a level, it is flat. I turn the glass upside down and all the water falls out. It is not down hill all the way to Florida.

It does, the thing is the fact that the Earth is so big, that we cannot easily detect this curvature. But go far enough away from Earth, and you will see that it is round.

That is because in this experiment Earth is the frame of reference, the experiment is tainted as it is biased towards Earth's gravity.
