I think not. I do believe in God, I'm not Christian though. I am a Muslim, and we believe that the Bible is unholy now that humans have tampered with its original text. So, if you could find a way to disprove me, I'd love to hear it.

You said men had never tampered with the Koran. Perhaps it depends on what you mean by "tampered", but I would say men have had extensive unsupervised contact with the Koran, and that there is a good chance that it was revised, edited, and tampered with, especially early on before it was widely published.

If it had not been tampered with by men, what exactly would this mean, and how would it be knowable?

You say that in your own beliefs God wrote the Koran. I could have gandered that. But what are your reasons for believing such a thing, when every single other book that has ever been written was written by human beings? What evidence do you have that the Koran is the only book ever to have been written by some agent other than a human being? Also, what are your reasons for believing that this being is a god? Also what are your reasons for believing it is the specific god you claim, and not some other god like Wotan or Thor? For such a ponderous claim I would hope you come to the table with excellent reasons and evidence.

You completely missed his point. If you imagine a spherical earth, and you're looking due east, your vision actually extends beyond the curvature of the earth and into outer space. To pray to Mecca, you would have to look at an angle down into the earth. Use a globe if you have difficulty trying to imagine this concept.

Furthermore, according to spherical earth theory, couldn't you pray to Mecca by facing exactly due west? Because, according to you, you would reach Mecca (albeit in a much longer journey). Yet, the Muslims would be greatly offended by you "turning your back on Mecca". So, a spherical earth is contradictory to Islam (as well as Christianity, but for other reasons).

Who decided that America was "above" the equator, and Australia is "below" it?

It was simply the convention of a map creator. You could easily flip the map upside down, and it would be exactly equivalent.

Can I ask, if the world is flat, how come no one has ever fallen of the edge?? Have we simply not travelled far enough? And how is it that if you were to travel in a straight line forever, you would simply keep ending up where you started.

I'm sure all this has already been said in the 600+ pages before this.
