To answer your second question, things fall because God is either pushing or pulling them down, depending on the particulars of the situation. This phenomena is referred to alternately as Intelligent Pulling or Intelligent Falling. There are some technical differences between IP and IF, but since you're not a scientist, it's sufficient for you to just think of them as the same thing.

Dear brother in Christ, against your second thoughts about my mission to expose travesty of the so-called “science”, wholeheartedly agree with you assessment.

Truth has to be told: “faith” of those denying the Holy Bible – especially Revelation 7:1, Job 38:13, Jeremiah 16:19 and Daniel 4:11 – and babbling about round earth is a false, superstitious faith.

Okay. So, first things I must say is have ANY of you actually studied physics? Do any of you have a CLUE what you're talking about when you say you have "done these tests" and accomplished what you think to be right? (I don't even know how you would test the water one...

Okay, so when debating this topic there is so much to look at so I'll break it down test by test. You cannot be so blind as to follow, the reason we can use tools such as this web forum that collects data on a TCP/IP based network protocol web outside clients deliver and request information is because people questioned and challenged the established order of the world.

Test 1. Jump:
Ever heard of the formula F=ma? A man named Isac Newton developed this law to decree how all matter of particle based substance (Which only rules out waves) moves. Before you go jumping off a car, feel what is happening around you while in it. The "wind" (which is actually non-moving air) has a force on you right? WRONG! You are actually putting force on it as you move forward. It has no acceleration. Making it F = (m)(0) = 0. As you drive along, you are given acceleration from the car and you apply force to it.
Why am I telling you this? Well stand still. Do you feel anything? Why is it that you don't feel anything? Because the air isn't moving? NO!!! The air particles are moving at extreme speeds! The craziest part is, so are you! This is called momentum. But because it is the same direction, that doesn't matter and they are vector quantities. It "cancels" it out so to speak.
Conclusion: So because all the forces around you are in the same direction, including yourself, when you jump nothing will rip you from the place you jumped from.

Test 2, Blow:
This is just absurd people. First off, filling a balloon with AIR makes its overall mass literally LIGHTER! Second, do any of you know how gravity works? Do you know how little of a force it is? it's...
6.67300 × 10-11 Newtons for one kilogram of mass. That's, .00000000006673 N. The average baseball is 5 N!!! So this balloon which even with BRICK in it only has a gravitational force of about .0000000001 N. So when a piece of paper is applied, OF COURSE it will fall to the 5,974,200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kilogram Earth!!!
Conclusion: This test doesn't deserve one.

Test 3, Get High:
Okay so this test holds almost as little ground as the previous but lets get started. When you are on a flat plane and you notice the landscape disappears, It's rarely because you are seeing past the curvature but because of blurred photons or fog, etc. If you do see the plains just drop off, you will also notice things appear to raise straight up as the approach your vision before being visible.
Now here is a test for you. Take a Styrofoam sphere and stick a tooth pick into it. Now take string and from the base or it make a straight line coming straight off the sphere. You'll notice that you have a very small vantage point of what's in front of you. This isn't God cursing us for a our sins but just an unlucky position to be in. Now take the string from the top of the toothpick and use that as you're line of sight. You'll see that your range of what can be seen is MUCH higher. No physics needed.
Conclusion: Just take the test.
