John would never lie. He was deceived by Hollywood. John Though the rocket took off. Instead, it was shrouded in dry ice vapor and violently shaken by a group of men. Pictures were projected on the capsule windows to show what 'space' looks like according to John Lucas. The capsule was towed by a helicopter and dropped in the ocean.

When the Earth spins, its atmosphere is brought along with it, nulling out any possible drag, you can try this for yourself.

Aren't clouds made of water? Take a towel, soaked with water. Swing it around. What happens to the water? It is flung off, same thing would happene to the air if the Earth spun.

When on a train or a moving vehicle, throw a ball into the air, it will not 'land hundreds of meters away', but rather land in the hand that you used to throw it. This is due to the atmosphere in the train, moving with the train.

When I have tried the experiment the ball has never landed in my hand.

The shred of paper would fall to the floor due to the fact that it is influenced by Earth's gravity. Even though the ballon has a greater mass, Earth will remain dominant. This 'experiment' would be better of done away from other local sources of gravity.

Poppycock. The ballon is 'right there' and the Earth, many feet away.

Why would I want to be launched in a rocket? We all saw what happened when the American space fakery organisation NASA launched its space shuttle and screwed up the fake trajectory and it banged into the firmament.

Well they certainly don't agree with God. What's your explanation for that, Mr Smartypants? That every one of the many people God inspired directly to write the Bible was in on some conspiracy to make it all up despite having never met, having lived centuries apart and coming from differing cultures? And yet here we have an inerrant and consistent unambiguous document that shows a true and accurate record of the nature of the world and at the same time provides a perfect way to live your life without sin.

How could that happen without the guiding hand of God?

Go to the sea, you can literally see (pun intended) the curvature of the Earth on the horizon.

As for me, I'm just happy to know that there is seperation of the church and state.
