More fears about the threat of killer robots:
    Robot-inflicted injuries studied
    Friday, 7 May 2010

A future in which robots help around the home could prove harmful to humans, suggests a study.

German researchers studied what happens in accidents involving robots using sharp tools alongside humans. They used a robot arm holding a variety of bladed tools programmed to strike test substances that mimic soft tissue. In some cases, the researchers found, the robots managed to accidentally inflict wounds that would prove "lethal".
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

There even was a tv show about killer robots
Here is some violent imagery, who knows what will happen when the devil has more of these mechanical legions?

Re: Evil robots and machines that kill people:

Here are two recent articles that should make anyone think twice about robot safety:

Kalashnikov to Demonstrate AI-Controlled Combat Robots

Russian weapons manufacturer Kalashnikov is best known for creating the AK-47 assault rifle. But the company's latest range of weapons could end up being just as well-known because they aren't just weapons, they are fully autonomous combat robots controlled by artificial intelligence.

According to New Atlas, the Kalashnikov Group is set to demonstrate the new AI-controlled weaponry at the Army 2017 International Military-Technical Forum being held from August 22-27 in Moscow.

Very little is known about exactly what Kalashnikov has created, but a comment from Sofiya Ivanova, the Group's Director for Communications, gives a clear idea of what to expect: "In the imminent future, the Group will unveil a range of products based on neural networks ... A fully automated combat module featuring this technology is planned to be demonstrated at the Army-2017 forum."

By allowing an AI to make all the decisions, these weapons will be able to identify, target, and fire upon any object they see as a threat without any human intervention. Whether that's good or bad depends entirely on how successful they are at identifying the "right" target. If that success rate is below 100 percent, then clearly that's bad.
This is how the Russians are really going to take over the U.S.A., with their evil robots.

'Robot intelligence is dangerous': Expert's warning

Two robots - created by Facebook - have been shut down after developing their own language.

It happened while the social media firm was experimenting with teaching the ‘chatbots’ how to negotiate with one another.

Robotics Professor Kevin Warwick said: “This is an incredibly important milestone, but anyone who thinks this is not dangerous has got their head in the sand.
This is how they're going to get us. The country that develops these war robots is going to win he last world war.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Through history, Russians never cared about own casualties any more than they cared about enemy casualties.

Hence, from their point of view, even a 50% success rate will be fine.

Re: Evil robots and machines that kill people:

It is simple, you cannot wage a war with a Godless machine. You must have men killing each other for it to be successful.

            Deuteronomy 20:1-4
20 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the Lord thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
2 And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people,
            3 And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them;
4 For the Lord your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

            Revelation 12:7-11
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

That is so true, Brother Hutchins. God despises when people use machines in war:

Judges 1:19 And the Lord was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.

I like to think Jesus could pummel any robot!

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Hackers could train sex robots to kill, cyber security expert warns.
Dr Patterson told Star Online that hacking into many modern-day robots, including sexbots, would be a piece of cake compared to more sophisticated gadgets like mobiles and computers.

The tech expert, from Deakin University, Australia, said: "Hackers can hack into a robot or a robotic device and have full control of the connections, arms, legs and other attached tools like in some cases knives or welding devices.

“Once a robot is hacked, the hacker has full control and can issue instructions to the robot."
Apparently we have to fear all robots, even the ones who are nice to us.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

In Dr. Elmer White's course "Machine Creation: Evil or God's Plan?", Dr. White points out that while machines do not have souls, they could be turned into evildoers if in the hands of someone who has not accepted Christ as Savior.

In fact, Dr. White's book "Let God Push the Buttons: Keeping Robotics in Check," he proclaims the following:

"God tells us to fear nothing and to always trust in Him. This does not mean we can sit idly by and allow Mr. Coffee to learn how to make witches brew instead of our morning latte. We must ever be vigilant that manufacturers are regulated in order to prevent satanic purposes to be incorporated into machinery. It is, as is everything, a subject for much prayer and Republican Conservative watchdoggery." (2012)

White, E. (2012) Let God push the buttons: Keeping robotics in check
                    New York: Whitepages Press.
                    Proverbs 21:31 KJV 1611:
“The horse is prepared against the day of battell: but safetie is of the Lord.”

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man.
