Fried Chicken

When I eat fried chicken that's been made by a black woman, it's almost enough for me to believe in evolution.

White women just can't cook fried chicken like the darkies.

I know that God created the negro's with the special skill of making fried chicken, but it's tempting for me to believe that this was an inherited trait passed on from one mammy to the next.

back to the chicken.

I have a colored girl who helps me and she is very good at making fried chicken but you have to be careful because she also cooks chicken feet and fish heads and some kind of root in a pressure cooker that thing worries me.

She also killed and cooked a goat I kept on the property to keep the grass down and I was mad at first but it did taste good.

Paula Deen spends a lot of time coaching and mentoring the negro, so she's picked up some of their secrets regarding fried chicken. Evolution can't explain that.

Interesting how in that photo you can see so much of the whites of Paula Deen's beautiful blue eyes - almost as though the very act of eating fried chicken produced some sort of temporary negrification effect.



But Sister Mary Etheldreda is quite right - we ladies defer to you on everything else, as is right and proper, but when it comes to matters of the kitchen, we know! It has nothing to do with "evolution", it's just that these mammys hand down their skills to their daughters via the oral tradition (that is, by explaining how it's done - I mean nothing more sinister). This is customary in illiterate tribes. As the recipe is never written down, we ladies of a lighter hue rarely get the opportunity to learn it.

I would have to say the same thing about Hispanic women and cleaning bathrooms. Every time I hire a white chick as a maid she does some half arsed job no matter how many times that consultant Miss Robbins has a training class with her. Instead the white chick calls me a pervert and storms out. But you get some Hispanic girl and she works like gang busters.

It can't be evolution--gorillas can't cook fried chicken worth beans. But Brother V is right, it's as stupid to have a white person do a black person's job as it is the other way around. I wouldn't bank with a negro or have a white guy shine my shoes in a million years. Anyone who claims that black folk aren't just as good at black jobs as white folk are at white jobs is just a racist.

I cannot cook good fried chicken and my husband loves it. Since my future husband is very blessed financially after tithing, would it be reasonable to meekly suggest hiring a black negro indentured servant? (We can't get a slave, , but we can get a woman who will do her work and serve us.)
