Now you're probably wondering, "How do you know He is talking about laws and teachings outside of Deuteronomy?" Easy. Internal consistency. The Bible is 100% infallable and inerrant. It is obvious to any Biblical scholar who has devoted years of researching the Bible that it is perfect in the KJV 1611 form. Now if you were to add the Book of Mormon to it, you would suddenly have a mess of contradictions. That was my point.
