"Religion Divisive"? Not at Landover B.

    www.washingtonpost.com

Prof. Herb Silverman, Secular Coalition for America, writes in the Washington Post that the military should not invite Franklin Graham to speak because "...religion is divisive..."

Prof. Silverman, there is a simple solution. If everyone simply read the Bible and followed what it says, there would be only one religion. Divisiveness is caused by groups who want to pick and choose what to believe.

Within Landover Baptist, for example, there are no disagreements. We are united.

So, scratch Pastor Graham and invite one of our Landover Baptist Pastors to speak. When all the world units behind Landover Baptist, divisiveness will end.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

    You have that exactly correct!

I think some of the hostility we Landoverians experience is from folks who deep down know we are correct, but they lack that essential essence to join with us, and this internal 'grinding of gears' results in them lashing out at their moral superiors.
Jud 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are unGodly among them of all their unGodly deeds which they have unGodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which unGodly sinners have spoken against him.

      Amen, Mayor Hold,

1Pe:1:24: For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
1Pe:1:25: But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

I would say that it would be a pretty poor Supernatural Being who could not make His Word crystal clear to everyone.

I don't know why so many people think that diversity is a good thing.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

If everyone was Christian how would it be divisive? The US was much more Christian in the 50's, yet a lot less divided.

No it's militant atheism that is the divisive religion.
PROOF: Atheists are too stupid to understand the Bible!

Proverbs 13:24(KJV): "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

You're exactly right, spot on. Landover Baptist church is the best church organization I think I've ever been to. Its down to earth and easy to understand. Amen brother.

Amen, Brother! What a country it would be if all the heathens turned away from their false religions and followed the word of Jesus Christ!
