We don't glorify ourselves, we glorify God.
Nor are we racists, we honor God's commandment concerning Hamites. (Negros)
And that's the reason we keep slaves too, God has commanded that some are to be slaves.
Really, if the Word of God teaches us that slavery is acceptable in God's eyes, who are we to argue?

Being a Christian is all about denying ourselves and replacing our own will with JESUS will.

And yes, we usually call negros who convert to Christianity "ex-negros" because as God cursed them -
God releases them from their bondage.

Ham, and all his descendants, were cursed for their sins, and without God, no man is free of sin (Psalm 14:1) thus they remain Hamites.
But in a True Christian however, there is no sin. (1 John 3:6)
Thus, a Hamite who becomes a True Christian is no longer truly a Hamite-
As any True Christian is no longer counted as a sinful being born of a woman (Job 25:4), but born of God.
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

So in answer to your question - Negros can become True Christians, yes.
