It shows a Hasidic Jew giving his daughter something to think about.

I can't read any of the Hebrew scribbling on the page but I assume it's some stupid liberal Jews complaining about the way that this father is disciplining his child.

This is the future of parenting. If you're going to be a parent, make sure to not do it near public CCTV cameras.

I hadn't realised just how quickly the ranks of the ungodly can respond to thwart God's will. Did you see how quickly the poor man was overwhelmed by demon-infested liberals! Of course rather than stand up to them he runs like a coward, but that's only to be expected because he doesn't really have access to the Holy Spirit.

So by now the demon her father was trying to beat out of her will have taken hold and another soul that might have been saved is deeper in Satan's clutches. It's a shame her father is such an entrenched Christ-killer because there's scope here to save this kids if we can get them out of the clutches of Judaism and re-track their beliefs into accepting Christ. I wonder if an expedition to Jerusalem can be mounted to help this girl into Chrit's loving bosom so she can be properly beaten into the right beliefs about God's mercy and firm love.

Basically the Hebrew scribbling basically says (with monotonous repeating) that a French Ultra-Conservative Jew was stoning his daughter. The Western Wall guards observed it and stopped him. Later the Israeli police had him deported after questioning him. French officials continued to observe him punishing his daughter (and wife) when he got home. Their investigation is continuing.

It's Modern Hebrew, so I had a bit of difficulty with some of the words.

To paraphrase -- a Frenchman was ostracized for following scriptural commandments.
