Now here you get near to interesting. Certainly fear may be considered an emotion but I'm not persuaded that it's older or stronger than any other emotion because fear can be overcome by other emotions. But let's take fear as a sample emotion. And straight away we come to a problem: there are different types of fear.

Freeze fear is not the same as flight fear which in turn is different from fight fear and yet the joy emotion is sufficient to overcome all of them.

When I hear of this brief event the emotion I experience is neither joy nor fear. It is something quite different and it is stronger than either of them. Whatever you call it, it is the strongest emotion I know because it motivates me more than any other experience or memory or hope or dread or longing. It takes me outside myself. The language of words is insufficient to express what I feel as was well known to wordsmiths from earliest antiquity who therefore utilised additional techniques to augment their musings, tapping into another stratum of consciousness just as those soldiers did by singing carols. The war stopped. Just for a moment but in that moment I know they experienced that unnamed emotion too. Everything from that kernel at once bursts forth, perhaps like a chrysanthemum firework as opposed to a train journey, not one station after another but all at once in every direction. Fear is not like that. It is inward looking. This is an opening for evil.

In King Saul we see described a man afraid. Was it fear that he could not fulfil the daunting task before him? Was it the fear of someone promoted to a station beyond their capability? Perhaps it was the fear of someone more capable and likely to usurp his authority but nevertheless we also see described a man who knew his fear could be overcome and that was not achieved using any language of words.

    I Samuel 16 . KJV . context
    15
Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.
16 Let our lord now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well.
17 And Saul said unto his servants, Provide me now a man that can play well, and bring him to me..
22 And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight.
23 And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.

In all the vile and false religions we see art corrupted, used to supplement their ravings and provide a bogus charisma for claims having no basis in reality. Popes loom large here, commanding blasphemous images..blasphemous because they contravene the very Scripture they pretend to follow..and for centuries they ruled BY FEAR AND LOATHING the papal states across central Italy. What does God think about that? No emotion needed here, God sets it out very well in The Bible in black and white which anyone can read. WHOOPS! pope baby, anyone can read now because we defied you and translated The Bible just because..

Fear the strongest emotion? Pope after pope would string you up for even suggesting a translation across centuries, impale you (this involves the anus) or burn you alive, did so in public which alone would evoke fear and loathing in any vocabulary but some stronger emotion prevailed. Communicated through generations, despite the burnings alive, despite impalements, despite the swinging rotting corpses without which the disgusting creed would never have gotten of the ground, pretty strong stuff but we won and we never want it back again. Proxy popes such as your Cthulhu idiocy are just a little tool. Satan grabs hold to get the fear meme running and popes languish waiting for ignorance to take root again so they can ponce once more but geography is always a reminder what God can do and the papal states do have a geographical location so what's going on there?

    HERE'S A COUPLE OF MAPS

A strong response from God. The popes, the orthodox nutters with their even sillier hats, the mormons, the animists and pagans, the disgusting murder cultists of islam and cannibalism too, all these reject the perfect Word of God and oh boy, do they ever reject it!! God has spoken, God means what He says and if you don't like it step well back because..as we know from The Bible..jets of fire from Heaven or shaking crevasses will burn or swallow you alive and there's nothing you can do about it. The secularist disregards these promises but Christians accept them because every Christian is loved by God and what could be stronger than that?
    Certainly not fear .

    Revelation 22 . KJV . context
    7
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Fear is what keeps you alive. Fear is what kept you alive from the dawn of mankind, e.g. Homo Erectus. Keep it in mind before you speak unthinkable stupidity. Also, you deny evolution, but how can you prove that snakes have lost their ability to speak...?

If she said it, she thought it beforehand, therefore it is thinkable.

So, is logic not your strong suit, or is it that you can't keep from lobbing irrelevant insults at those you disagree with?

You haven't actually read Miss Mitza's post, have you, dear...?

Otherwise you'd be able to engage in actual discourse using actual arguments, instead of throwing an unnecessary ad hominem attack.

Are you suggesting that Buddy Holly is a Homo erectus or that fear prevented the species from going extinct? In either case I can see difficulties. Very happy to respond both ways, always appreciative of correction.

Re: A List of False gods

I'm surprised that in the list you didn't add any of the Saints from Catholicism and derived denominations, considering that you claim they are actually "pagan gods".

Even if Atheism is not considered a religion, i would add their "God of Creation" called Big Ben.

Now, i don't know if it would be blasphemy to add the God of Judaism, since it is not a trine God like the one of Christianity. However, no one uses the Hebrew names of God (which apparently are 72) in Christianity, unless you count movements such as Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons, Sacred Name Movement, ecc.

Nº 2243 is currently masquerading as Mary.

Calling your graven image a "saint" makes no difference to God, as reading The Bible would have explained. God is patient - but also consistent.
