Why are there different COUNTRY options????

As a new visitor, I'm surprised that, when creating a profile, we're given the option of selecting a time zone for which COUNTRY we're in.

WHAT COUNTRY WE'RE IN ? !

Certainly we're all AMERICANS here? If non-Americans are given the ability to read American posts, might they not steal (false) answers to give St. Peter at the Pearly gates? I'm not sure I'm comfortable with this arrangement.

This is a True Christian™ forum, the only one there is. We have folks doing missionary work all over the planet. Not everyone here is an actual American. That's okay, we have ample security.

Can you show me in the Bible where it says that "St. Peter" is "at the Pearly Gates?" Is that a euphemism for some act of harlotry you perform for money or something? Or are you actually a papist?

It doesn't really matter how comfortable YOU are. What are you doing to please Jesus? That's all that counts. Because if you think you're uncomfortable now, just wait until Jesus sends you down to hell with Darren (or whatever his name was).

Please understand I was only concerned with foreign folk trying to worm their way into Heaven by skulking here, eavesdropping on American conversation and Bible study. And No, I am not a papist. I may be Eurotrash a non US-citizen, but I do understand the US is The Lord's chosen country. And I am washed by the blood of Christ our Saviour(r) .

Can you say the same? (not about the Eurotrash citizenship bit I mean).

I will become an American in the near future, but the DoF is still investigating me - rightfully so I might add. Their final report is due in 2020. Glory!

I ask this in the spirit of seeking wisdom, not as a "rabble rousing she-bat", but would it not be this Lilith's father who's responsible for her name? It would seem to me he either chose it, or did not veto it. And would not this Lilith have been committing the grave sin of not Honoring Your Parents, were she to later adopt a name different from her father's choice? Perhaps Lilith is to be commended for not displaying teenage rebellion in all this.

I know this is not as good as a proper, God Fearing American name, but it might be a way to split the difference?

I just do not see how a girl-child could defy a father's very first act over her; ie, the giving of a name. I tell you, it could only lead to worse rebellion.

Don't know what it translates to in French (Celine Dion, I think), but it's Lillith in Jooish.

As for children following their daddies, no child is obliged to follow their demon-infested progenitors into the pit of Hell. That's what Jesus came here to save us from.

Lilith is solely responsible for her own name. She comes from a God forsaken land where the toilet water swirls in the opposite direction from God's chosen country. Lilith displays only an occasional insight, and the Pastor's here have seen fit to keep her around in the mistaken notion hope that she will one day see the Light of Jesus.

There is no need to concern yourself with any display of sympathy for her plight as she continually ascribes to wicca and other false beliefs.
