I was glancing through various news outlets for more Christian Stories and I came across this:
The situation seems clear. The father was a Christian man and kept his family safe from the malign influences of Holland – a country well-known for mixed-marriages, encouraging homosexuality, and the supply of porn and drugs. Hours and days and months and years would have been spent teaching the Word of God to his family, and yet Satan got into the soul of one of the sons. It is all too easy for a father to break the iron fist of discipline and show some irrational and godless indulgence – This must have been the case: the rod was spared and the child was spoiled. It can happen like that. And what happened? The son fled with money and got drunk.
And what happened next? The son, overcome with remorse wished to return home, where, doubtless the fatted calf would have been killed. But this was not to be! Read on!
Yes, it is amazing – there seems to be a crime in Holland that means that if you are a Christian, then you can be jailed for life without a trial!
Well, Landover will not stand by and watch God’s and citizens’ rights trampled underfoot! Pastor Zeke has announced an appeal for $1,000,000 to build a monument to “The Dutch Christian”, whioch will be sited outside the main Church building. This will serve as a reminder to all of the international persecution of Chrtistians.

A family who spent nine years in a basement "waiting for the end of time" have been discovered by police in the Netherlands after the eldest son turned up at a local pub, reports say.

Police in Drenthe confirmed that a 58-year-old man had been arrested and was under investigation after refusing to co-operate.
"Yesterday someone reported to us [that they were] worried about the living conditions of people in a house in Buitenhuizerweg in #Ruinerwold," they wrote in a tweet. "We went there."
"We still have many unanswered questions," they said, adding that all scenarios were open and their investigation was fully under way.
How right that father had been to protect his family! Just look what happened!
