Besides, it is none of your business what she does. None of you are perfect and therefore none of you can judge her or the rapist who is in the wrong in this case.

Depending on the circumstances, it's really the only solution. No good Christian man wants used and damaged goods. Her father shouldn't be forced to look out for her for the rest of her life. It may not be a perfect solution, but it's the most practical. The man who raped her has to support her for the rest of his life.

Besides, it is none of your business what she does.

And the woman will probably be treated like crap in that marriage. Maybe he'll be abusive and beat her until someday she dies from it. Who's getting punished there? Not the man.

It's happened before where people willingly got married.

There are instances in the Bible where a rapist is punished and they should not be overlooked in the conversation.

1. "If a man be found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both of them die." 22:22
2. If a betrothed virgin is raped in the city and doesn't cry out loud enough, then "the men of the city shall stone her to death." 22:23-24
3. If a woman is raped in the country, then only the man shall die (since there was no one to hear her if she cried out.) 22:25

The rapist doesn't always end up married and supporting the woman.

Rapists only rape sluts and whores. I have never seen a rape 'victim' (as you people call them) that was not a slut and a whore. My wife has never been raped, nor have any of my daughters. We have close to fifty young buck nigras living on the Hutchins plantation. I know I have no concerns with any of them. Now the whore nigresses, they get raped all the time. But the bucks never have the fifty shekels. I know this because the never marry. On the plus side, every nine months, a new laboror is born. But they all work together for the common good of the plantation.

This is very true. I know I do not open my door to any man when my husband is away. I don't go out after dark without my husband, and I don't go out during the day without a dog and some pepper spray. I have not been raped. But then again my underwear is more modest than what most of these whores wear in public

Interesting punishment, but the proper Biblical punishment is to force the rapist to marry the women and never allow him to divorce.
