            Then why is it written in the Bible? It is in the book of Deuteronomy, the laws of God said to the Israelites by Moses. It is what God willed, otherwise Moses would not have spoken these words.

              If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, he shall pay the girl's father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the girl, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.

                Since when is the Bible not relevant? Because it is old? My marriage certificate is old, is it no longer relevant?

                Son, we follow the Bible, it is God's instruction manual. You cannot put part 'a' into part 'b', part 'e' into part 'f'; and skip 'c' into 'd' just because you do not think it is relevant. So you absolutely must follow the entire Bible, with zero deviation., That is what He wants.

                                In the future, I suggest you capitalize the name of our Lord and Savior. It's proper noun because He is the proper Savior! It's quite offensive that you didn't.
