umm...... its not a racist view because he's taking money away from black children to help support white(while i question that the money is going to kids at all), its a racist view because you have this thought in your head that black people are lower than us white people, we share the same dna and if you knew anyhting about dna, you would know that on an atomic level, white caucasions are closer than any other "race" to monkeys
