My tenure on the internet has subjected me to seemingly endless references to these heathen Jap cartoons. There does, however, seem to be a few Christly exceptions in this medium, as evidenced by "Superbook". I have also heard mention of another "animay" (or whatever) by the name of "Bible Black". Now, I have no idea as to the content, but going by the title, it certainly sounds delightful. It seems the gooks are capable of certain taste - my own Bible is always bound in black leather!

Perhaps we've misjudged this outlet; apart from the overwhelming amount of filth usually produced, it does appear to have some potential for spreading the Gospel.

Now we know anime is considered "cool" among the young children of today, for whatever reason. However, most of it is evil, perverted, satanic, violent, and generally bizarre. However, there is ONE Anime that is wonderful, better than "Full Metal Alchemist", "Pokemon", "Yu-Gi-Oh", "Dragonball Z", "Super Racer", "Astro Boy", "Digimon", "Sailor Moon", "Naruto", or "Inuyasha" PUT TOGETHER (Note: I have never actually seen any of these diabolic cartoons).

So now you have gotten me curious, how can you say it is better then any of the aformended anime series, while you say you haven't even seen any of these? I'm sure they are diabolic according to you, but that says nothing of the show itself other then that you disagree with its content. Women can be beautiful and attractive while being highly inappropriately dressed.

This "Bible Black" is truly a gift from Jesus! My youngest son Boris (12), was rebellious and full of demons, despite mine and his mother's best efforts. I have ordered him all the copies of Bible Black from Moscow that I could get my hands on, and now he spends at least 3-4 hours a day in his room, in solitary prayer!

Furthermore, we were glad to hear last night the demons leaving his body. There was many grunting and moaning coming from within, surely a sign from the Lord himself. Thank you for recommending this material for us, and please keep us notified if there are other things of a similar nature!

Coming from a fellow Christian, I cannot express my deepest sense disappointment enough by this discussion.

Most of you, if any of you, haven't seen any of the shows you've listed . You even admit that to be true, demonstrating ignorance, a lack of tolerance, and even a sense of prejudice, as WELL as judgment. Not only do you NOT have a right to behave this way as a Christian, but this is against our morals and standards as Christians!

Let me tell you something - Japanese television is no more bizarre or perverted than American television is. BUT there IS a cultural difference. Japan is not in a worse place than America, morally or in any other way, there are many people there AND here in America that need saved, but don't you dare lift your selves higher than them or no one will EVER look to you to find Jesus. Humility, like Jesus himself has, is the only example you can demonstrate to show who we are as Christians.

The bible cartoon you mention is outdated and is not even anime. It was animated in Japan FOR America, so it hardly counts as anime, and I don't believe anyone who is seeking anime as entertainment would feel satisfied by it anyway.

Instead of sounding like "Fire and Brimstone", bible-thumping hypocrites, just be mature adults and preview each show before you let your children see them... regardless of what country it was animated in.

I don't know about Super Book...it's definitely an "iffy" situation...as in iffy you want to go to Hell keep watching that perverted trash!!! Some people like to get as close to the pit of Hell as they can without getting burned! Speaking as someone who lost his precious virginity to Sailor Mercury, the little blue-haired trollop that was a good friend to Sailor Moon, I can say without a doubt that anime is dangerous and you should put as much distance between you and it as there is between day and night. If it's 99% milk and 1% poison, you're dead for sure, what's more filthy anime is more like 99.9999999% poison.
