Yesterday my wife was cooking dinner as usual. When the dinner was ready I went to call my younger son but when I opened the door he sat naked on his bed masturbating over a pornographic magazine! Of course I gave him a hard beating and made him pray to the LORD until bedtime. Me and my wife are in shock, I have beaten my sons all their lives but sometimes they don't seem to understand the will of God. I am very concerned about this and I simply don't know what to do. Do you believe that any beating you can give to him is as bad as what's to come for him if he continues? You say you had him praying until he went to sleep, but how can you know what he was doing or thinking of as he went to sleep? Or even as he was praying? What the boy needs is a serious punishment. And don't think just taking the book away can bring him away from the sin; What you need to do is shut him off from the world entirely. I'm sure you don't allow him onto the internet, but if you do, stop doing so. He can find millions of pornographic images on the internet, as we all know and fight against. Do not let him go to school. Imagine if he has a friend there who can tempt him with more of those magazines? What you need to do is quarantine him to a room, an empty room, and have him under constant watch. You cannot take these events lying down.

However the verses you quote talk about MEN spilling their seed outside a woman during intercourse, which means it was wasted. It says nothing about a kid pounding the dolphin, pulling on the taffy - etc. If there is no woman around to bust one in, is it still a sin? It's not like the stuff is wasted - sperm only lives for about 3 days before a new batch completely takes its place.
