My name is Thomas, I'm 23 and from Denmark. I have 2 retarded children(Agnes and Morten) with my 22 year old wife Marethe.

Already before birth the doctor told us that they were going to have the Downs syndrome.. It surprised me that Marethe did not want to have the children, she wanted an abortion.. Marethe have lost faith, she never prays anymore.. she's not giving god attention anymore. I'm scared. She's losing interest in our children, forgetting them. She's drinking more and going more out.

I can't do this alone, without her support. I might have to drop my education to do this.. I dont know what to do.

Please help me, I need my wife to praise the lord again.

What education is it that you are dropping? If it's something like science, that's OK.

Your wife's drinking seems to be because she has lost her way in the world, and you're doing nothing to slap her back into it.

I suggest that you arrange for some publicity (photos of her with the mongs) and then have her run for president of Denmark in 2012. Tell her to adopt a "folksy hockey-mom" approach and not concentrate too much on the detail.

Within a year, she'll have her own jet and be wowing your Repubicans.

However, God does not command that they be counted in a census until they are 30 days old. So, they're people and sacred in the womb, and after they're 30 days old. In between, well, that's sort of a trial period.
