          OK, I know I'm about to be slammed royally for this, but I take PERSONAL offense to this thread. My 10 year old has ASPERSERS SYNDROME and is on medication (along with prayer) to control his disorder. How did he get this? HIS FATHER (Doing what you people claim he was supposed to) beating the living crap out of ME while I was pregnant with my little guy and SHAKING him after he was born, but hey he deserved what he got from his "loving" father and so did I, correct? Sorry the courts didn't see it quite that way when they granted my DIVORCE and gave ME SOLE CUSTODY with NO visitation rights. Of course you guys will NEVER see it for what it really was TOTAL and UNREPENTANT SPOUSE/CHILD ABUSE!!!

            Have you considered that maybe your husband was beating you so that your child WOULDN'T be cursed by GOD?

            Tell us, if you aren't too cowardly, what horrible sins you were engaged in during your pregnancy to force your husband to discipline you.

            GOD doesn't curse the offspring of humans for His own amusement. You must have done something to give your baby Asparagus disease.

                  See, I knew it, Blame me and my INNOCENT child for suffering at the hands of our abuser. To answer your question, I did NOTHING to deserve my EXHUSBAND beating me, It was NOT in any way "discipline" it was ABUSE pure and simple. Oh and aside from my baby boy pushing his older sister through a plate glass window when he was 4 (He's been on medication ever since) he has had no further outbursts. Of course he no longer has ANY contact with his SPERM DONOR either.

                              I too have Aspergers Syndrome, I was diagnosed with it this July. I accept that this is most likely a punishment from God for my many sins, although I wouldn't go as far as to say that Aspies are psychopaths and have a different understanding of the syndrome. However, I am a girl so I may very well be wrong about these things, so please feel free to correct me.
