The only difference is that an asperger is capable of some simple things like sums or being pedantic about spelling and grammar. If they were actually smart they would be capable of learning to behave like normal people, capable of normal interaction with people. This is a very stereotypical view of Asperger's. I have it as does my son. He is deeply sensitive and certainly does feel pain. He is not violent and we do not have any body parts in the freezer. We are actually both squeamish and hate violence. A lot of people with Aspergers are intelligent and I myself am a Christian. Most of us are not unkind and violent. Many people are violent and cruel without having aspergers.
