Childrens Coloring Competition

My son Zebida has entered a coloring competition at school. He decided to do a drawing he titled 'by the rivers of Babylon'. I think he is a proper little artist and am very proud of him (although I did beat him for getting the S the wrong way round). I told him that I would ask our Church members for comments. He would be very happy to receive any positive words.

My children are half-Eskimo so I can't give them crayons. They just draw crap like this:

Thank you Brother Enoch, I am hoping his picture will win the competition. Zebida has been using it as a tool for evangelism in the playground. Some of the children have been in tears as they feel the presence of the Lord,

There is many things that children learn from crayons, I saw this poster hanging on the walls of the under 4 year old Sunday School class.It made me smile with it's messages. They are right when they say the early years are the most important to a child for shaping their thought process.
Children have such trouble with the concept of staying inside the lines.

Zabida has done another little picture, this one shows Noah sacrificing an elephant to God after the waters had subsided.

Genesis 8:19 Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark. 20And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

His teacher said that Noah didn't burn any elephants. Zabida had to get his KJV1611 to prove her wrong,

Yep. People would say, "But he only took two of each so how did they replenish the Earth if he killed one of each?" but he didn't; he took fourteen of each in seven pairs and four of the unclean beasts in two pairs. That they went in two by two is a common misconception by those who just don't read the Bible properly. Yes, they went in in twos but that was in a line of pairs for each kind.

Genesis 7

2Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. 3Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.

So he had plenty to sacrifice one of every single clean animal and bird, especially if he took a male from each one. Why that must have been a sight to see!

Makes the miracle of the Ark even more splendid!
