    Is This Painting a Miracle?

Many of you who have visited me at home for spiritual guidance will be familiar with my “prayer closet”. The centrepiece is a rather fine original in oils of Jesus invitingly offering the viewer a glimpse of Paradise (which to my mind reminds me of a visit to Yellowstone I made in the 50s).

The painting has been in my possession now for over 50 years and I know every brushstroke.

I’m not sure how to put the next bit, but it has me beaten. We are all familiar with Catholics seeing Jesus in puddles, unhygienic stains in underpasses, and even on animals and dismiss this as delusional pareidolia brought on by demons of the brain…

    And yet… Well – have a look yourself…

Miraculously something has appeared in the picture…

I called Pastor Zeke and, after some disbelief, he came round and immediately organized Christies of New York to send an expert forvaluation.

If any of you have come across anything like this, let me know…

You are indeed a blessed man, Pastor Bathfire. I think this is a gift from Jesus to someone He considers very special.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

I'm just asking to be thorough - did anyone with access to your closet lose a piece of toast recently?
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

“How unspeakably pathetic,” I always think when some deluded pope obsessional claims to see things. “Either they're having a mental episode or their mass wafers have got ergot,” I speculate. Why else would they see a picture of Jesus in a piece of toast? Now there's a response: we can all see it: a piece of toast in a picture of Jesus. What could this be if not a response from God condemning the lies of Rome?

I’ve noticed that some women have neglected to bring toast to the weekly church potluck. Always it seems. Regardless, our good brother here has witnessed a miracle and I applaud Jesus for giving the good land of Freehold EVEN MORE PROOF of his existence.

Amen, will this be the evidence that finally convinces Dawkins and his ilk to fall to their knees and cast their golden crowns at His feet?
I was sinking deep in sin far from the peaceful shore,
            Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more;
But the Master of the Sea heard my despairing cry,
From the waters lifted me, now safe am I!

With this sort of material we can start thinking about the Dalai Lama —— and even maybe Nancy Pelosi!
Dawkins however, being an Anglican, might already be a lost cause.

The miracles never stop - look intently at this picture of the Baby Jesus. You can make out a faint ghostly appearance of a slice of, I believe, white toast. I'd never noticed it before, or perhaps - more likely - it appeared supernaturally like the floating disk around his head. How many more are out there I wonder?! Peace Baby G.

If anyone ever tells you that there is no proof that the Bible is true, just point them to this discussion. Here, Pastor Bathfire presents us with a miracle that is beyond dispute, and also answers a question that has confounded scholars through the centuries: How, as related in Matthew 14:14-21, did Jesus feed 5,000 people with only five loaves and two fish? Now we know that He gave them sliced toast.

Pastor Bathfire, truly you have been blessed by God to have the Holy Ghost visit this miracle upon you.
