    Pagan Culture Never Died

Pagan culture never died. It changed, was hidden, became hushed -- but never died. We can look around and see that many of the Old ways are still part of everyday life. Here's a few examples. What others can you see in your own surroundings?
A personal favorite is the candle-magic ritual we do once a year, celebrating one's incarnation with the chant "Happy Birthday to you." A wish is made, the candles blown out and gifts given. This custom dates back to worship of Artemis, Greek Goddess of the Moon. On Her day, cakes were baked in the shape of a crescent moon and decorated with candles. If worshippers could blow out the candles in a single breath, the Goddess would look upon them with favor. Whether ancient Greek myth, or a modern-day spell, the way we celebrate our birthday is truly magic!<SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT face="Times New Roman">

      We call it Catholicism.

If that is the way you are thinking, than maybe you should look into becoming a Jehovah Witness! They don't celebrate anything!

Speaking of which, I caught young master Jimmy Junior coming out of my horse barn last night. He was zipping up his pants and staggering off across my fields. Tell that halfwit to keep away from my Arabian Stallions. Those horses are worth more than you and all your ancestors ever had, and then some.

First you showed up here to evangelize for paganism, and now you're trying to get Brother Stewart to become a Joe Hovey's Wetness? I guess anything goes as long as it will carry more souls to your dark lord.

I think you're full of shit (excuse my language pastors). Everyone knows that Artemis was the virgin goddess of the wild/hunt -- for both Greeks and Romans (rather the Roman equivalent, Diana). There are even myths of her changing into a stag.....Now why would a goddess of the moon transform into a stag? Makes more sense for a goddess of the hunt, huh? Sounds like someone's an idiot...

I do find it funny that this person is willing to go to Hell for a "religion" they can't even get right

1:18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
