        By choice. Learning to make the active choice to love and not fear in every situation is the way to find inner peace in this world. By definition, fear is the anticipation of future pain - not in the Now. Acting keeps you focused in the Now, which is how you reach higher states of consciousness -where time is malleable and fear does not exist.
