    Questions from the Recently-Saved

I used to be an atheist, if such thing exists. Recently, I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and have done my part to spread His word. Why my faith is unwavering, I am still careful to be respectful of other people's beliefs. They may be heathens, and they may be going to hell, but I try to explain this to them politely without insulting them.
My faith is unwavering, and I have little doubt that I will go to hell for my past sins, but I have questions.

Pastor Ezekiel has a partial list of types of people who will be Damned by Jesus Christ, but I find a good number of the members on these boards to be part of these groups. Do these members (who shall remain nameless, there is no reason to embarrass them) realize this?

Romans 1:29 - The Malicious, those who are deliberately harmful.
Romans 1:30 - Backbiters, those who attack the reputation of others behind someones back.
Romans 1:30 - The Despiteful, those who wish ill will, desire to hurt, or express malice on others.
Romans 1:30 - The Proud, those who have a high sense of their worth.
Romans 1:31 - The Unmerciful, those who are unwilling to be forgiving or kind.

I make a point of not violating any of these, and I know it can be hard, but true faith is difficult.

    Praise Jesus

You are probably confusing Unsaved Trash with members.

On the off chance you aren't, then you must be mistaken unless you can provide examples for us.

I'm not saying I like goths, frankly I can't stand them and they drive me up the wall.

      Namely James Hutchins, promoting murder.
Keep up to date with an ever-changing world from an even more Godlier perspective than FOX News.

These are just 4 examples. Each portrays Malice, backbiting, lack of mercy, pride, and the preaching of hatred, which I was hoping was just preached by Muslims.

Come now that's very harsh. I saw where Mr Hutchins advocated the use of hollow points, but I did not see any mention of murder. Hollow points can be useful at a knee or elbow to restrain an unruly fellow, and a quick tourniquet removes any chance of immediate death. So I think you are reading way too much into his comment.

Also, another assumption that you are working on is that a blind retarded person is actually legally human. There is strong evidence that shows such a person is in reality little more than a meat vessel for a possessing demon. Be we can leave that to the politicians and theologians to work out another time.

Indeed it is! Luke 14:26 tells us:

26If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

          Re: Questions from the Recently-Saved

I find it unfortunate that the Bible preaches hate. In truth, I'm the opposite of what I claim. I was once a Christian until I lost faith.

I came here hoping that I could inspire people to think for themselves, someone would realize that they didn't have to hate people who have done nothing to them. I feel I am a good person. I've never intentionally hurt another person, mentally, emotionally or physically and I'd never beat the woman I love. I don't hate people for the color of their skin, for where they were born, what language they speak or what religion they choose to follow. I don't hate people because they had the unfortunate luck to be born with disabilities. It saddens me to see people with such blind faith that they think their own daughter should marry her rapist, or debating which golf club they should use to beat their child, judging it by the sound it makes and how 'enjoyable it is.'

Even something as simple as heliocentrism was theorized as early as 300 BC by Aristotle, and now scientifically proven, is turned aside because a book states that the Earth is the center of the universe. I've yet to see a single scientist, even Christian scientists, support geocentrism.

If I can get just ONE person to lead a better life than abject hatred for no good reason, then I can die a happy man.

Ah there it is right there. The Bible says God hates liars, and you just admitted to lying. That's kid of a double whammy.

And since the True Christians (tm) here don't lie, you've already lost any "moral high ground" that you might have hoped to have.

I can't imagine your pain, you being rejected by God, but I'll keep you in my prayers. Cleanse you life and do what's right, and maybe He will take you back in

While I'm sure not a single True Christian™ lies, , I never felt that I have the 'moral high ground,' as morals are a matter of opinion and personal belief, and Charles Manson probably felt he had the Moral High Ground as he instructed those to kill. On the other hand, lying to get a point across is much better than beating your wife because she overcooked the roast.

I did feel pain when I no longer felt God's presence, although upon leaving the church, I have found that my depression has lessoned and I am now much happier.

Thank you for your prayers, although I feel others would rather lodge a bullet in my skull for expressing myself on these boards.

This is my last post, and if I have helped you be, or at least feel like, a better person, please send a private message.

Goodbye, and please look through the message history here and realize you are about the 10,000th person to post something like this, and so far nobody has managed to trick a True Christian into the atheistic deathstyle, whereas we have converted untold numbers of unsaved trash into our fold.

So obviously, you came here as a liar, hoping to plant seeds of discord and turn people away from the one true faith, Christianity. I'm sure that your father satan must be proud of you.

John 8:43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 8:45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
Go peddle your hatred somewhere else. This is a Christian forum, and unsaved scum are NOT welcome.
