    Had lunch at the Y

I took the family to the local YMCA for an outing Today.. I have ta say, its not the same place that I remember when I was a young man growing up.. There were an unGodly amount of heathen meskins and negra's there. They were lined up at the serving table like cattle in the shoot.
As a child I can remember when we used to be able to just walk right thru the line and there were no long waits..
I don't condone the starving of poor souls that often but , today I was seriously thinking about it. My tax dollars were being spent on the unwanted heathens by the hunnerts..
And to top it off, they were the most unorganized, loudest, rudest, bunch of sinners I have stood in a line with ever..
Where is David when ya need him...

"This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you down, and cut off your head; and I will give the dead bodies of the host of the Philistines this day to the birds of the air and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel, and that all this assembly may know that God saves not with sword and spear; for the battle is God's, and he will give you into our hand."
"And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now. This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth His glory; and His disciples believed on Him" (John 2:10-11 KJV)

    The verses are:
1Sa:17:46: This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
1Sa:17:47: And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD's, and he will give you into our hands.

    Please use KJV1611

It is some time since I attended the YMCA but things, despite your experiences, seem to have improved. I was in such a place in New York as a young man, and was quite surprised to find what I can only describe as a fancy-dress party going on. There were people dressed as injuns, bikers, construction workers, cowboys and some sort of military. These characters had no respect for privacy at all and watched and commented all the time I was showering. Also, they insisted on sitting uncomfortably close whilst I was eating.

(I had my suspicions but I will not voice them here...)
