2009 Years ago on this very day, the most important thing to ever happen in God's universe took place. When i sit here and think about those who have not been saved i get so teary eyed it hurts me. Hopefully in 2010 with the love of our Landover Baptist Church more will make that great step such as I did in 2009.

I certainly do not mean to dampen any spirits, or "rain on anyone's parade", but I think we must be very careful when we post photos of the Baby Jesus. Many of the pictures have been tampered with throughout the ages, as they were handed down.
I mean, is it me, or does it appear someone has put a lot of EYE SHADOW on Baby Jesus, in the photo above?
I also don't know if, no matter how well intended, shimmering pink wrapping paper, glimmering butterflies and sparkly roses are appropriate, dear Sister Thumper. Jesus is a Boy Baby.
I only say this, with a heavy heart, because we all want the best for Baby Jesus, and I don't think he wants heavy eye shadow or pink, sequined wrapping paper.Comment

I don't know that it's entirely your fault, Sister Lou.
There are so many photos of the Baby Jesus floating around out there, especially since the invention of the Internets, that sometimes it's hard to tell the real ones from the fakes.
A little time in your prayer closet, and I imagine God™ will know you did nothing intentionally. Plus it is CHRISTmas Day, and he's in a good mood. So try to get that done by midnight, would be my suggestion
