CNN is reporting that the Godly Baptist team sent down to Haiti to rescue as many children as their trucks could carry (which seems ot be 33!!) have been arrested an charged with kidnapping! I don't know what voodoo spell that the police have been put under, but how COULD they do this? ANY life with god-fearing parents is a FAR BETTER life than a life in Haiti living the voodoo deathstyle.
Now it is true that these folks are members of the group belong to the Central Valley Baptist Church in Meridian, Idaho, but we should not let their Idahoan heritage blind us to the fact that they are Baptists doing GOD'S WORK. Sure, the facts are a little fuzzy, but since when are facts ever clear in a disaster area? For example, the report states:
I am sure that this is a case of their negro interpreters lying or being placed under an exotic voodoo spell. Note that they go on to say:
See? Those parents that gave up their kids could come see their children ANY TIME THEY WANTED TO...provided they got the appropriate visas, permission to enter from the U.S. and could afford the travel and lodging expenses on their $500 per year incomes! Fair is fair!
I ask that you all pray for the release of our fellow Baptists from their Haitian jail and pray for the release of those darkie kids from their voodoo parents!
