Footballer Blames God For Dropped Ball!

I still can't believe this story. These false Christian atheletes are always thanking God when they win a game and remaining silent when they lose. One guy FINALLY has the guts to speak up about God when he loses the game by dropping an EASY TD pass in overtime and what does he say? Does he glorify God? NO! He gets mad and yells at him. How convenient. Love Him when he favors you but hate Him when he doesn't? How self-centered and greedy can a person get?

THIS is how atheists are made!

    That's just pathetic.

    It's God's fault that he's a klutz?

Brilliant observations, Brother. God gave him a chance to be a hero, but he, himself, dropped the pass.

That's like a farmer who plants his crop but doesn't pull the weeds. Then, blames God because he got no crop.

God answered his prayer, He said no.

Why do people think that God is some sort of vending machine of miracles?

Because of all the OTHER football teams thanking Him when they win . . . as though God has nothing to worry about beyond silly games.

God has many things to worry about...Causing floods, making earthquakes...there is no reason a mere football player should be blaming God for a dropped ball.

Forgive me, but I think you miss my point. God IS the ultimate reason he dropped the ball. God knew he would drop that pass the moment he made the universe. It is part of God's plan for him. (I assume a plan to teach him humility, but these things remain a mystery to us.)

My point was that hen the player does well, he praises God and thanks him. Why change your tune when you fail? He should have immediately praised the LORD for this lesson that GOD is giving him. He should have gotten on his twatter account and shouted GLORY for the unfolding of God' s plan for him. The day I was diagnosed with cancer, I got on my knees and thanked God for the chance to fight hard in his name. (After i stopped crying.) It is those peoplen who get mad at God for the bad things that happen in their lives who turn to atheism because they hate God. That is why I ended my OP with the warning that I did. Just watch. Give him 1-5 years and he will be posting twats about Darwin and evilution and the scientific method.

Anyhoo, I just can't stand it when people gripe about God's plan when it inconveniences them. Hypocritical and dangerous, IMHO.

I think the fellow ( Notice I did not say Nigra) is a Catlik. He says it was Gods fault, to bad he prays to Mary, maybe she did it.

I am truly sorry, I will try and understand your revelations better now that you explained them to me. We are supposed to thank God for fighting, for losing, because he is the ultimate reason for everything.

How exactly did you become a forum member? Its about faith, you see if you are a True Christian than you would know that God is the answer for all things, yes God can be cruel, but its for your own good. Do you think God just goes around granting miracles for everyone? No way,its abundantly clear that the nigra in the story was not a True Christian(TM)

Then surely, I have a long way to go, for in your eyes, I am not deserving of the position of forum member. I work hard. I study the KJV1611 Holy Bible. I don't go around wasting my time. I am on this forum, seeing how the unsaved trash reacts when we talk with them, when we try and convert them. I became a forum member by my use of words to promote the True Christian way, and I will soon deserve the position of forum member, by understanding Brother Gabriel's, and your words.

Looks like footballers aren't allowed to thank God either:
A high school football player in Tacoma, Wash., got flagged for dropping to his knee and pointing to the sky after scoring a touchdown during a semifinal game.

This young man praises God for helping him get a touchdown, then gets a 15 yard penalty!
